  1. I haven't been here for some time, but I don't think this place has changed much over the years... I don't even know the name of it, but it's in the RiteAid shopping center at Washington/Hill... on the corner, closest to Washington. TO DIE FOR.

still there, a favorite of the local work crews early mornings- was once a Pronto donuts, now i think just called Washington donuts...if we're talking the same place, it's on the n/e corner at Washington/Hill.

    2. How liberal are you about the definition of "Pasadena area?" The Donut Man in Glendora is worth the drive. Can't say I've had anything memorable within Pasadena...

        1. donut man in pasadena area...that is stretch especially ( depending on time ) if you have to deal with the traffic...and make sure to ask what's fresh on the makes a difference even at donut man where there is a steady stream of customers.

          1. I think the drive to Donut Man is the way to go. (Sorry) In a late night, fresh donut needed pinch, though BC Donuts will do pretty nicely, Foothill at either Sierra Madre or Altadena (near the La Estrella #1). Caveat that I've only had them at night, but they are good then (and fresh).
