Absolutely Incredible!
I talked to Hiro Urasawa at IMP this morning and he's going to Providence tomorrow (fri)for lunch , he's knows his Sushi.

      <content>I'm curious about what you mean by "Providence is the answer for outstanding Sushi with Japanese style cooked fish".  I've been to Providence several times, it's the sushi part that I didn't understand.</content>

      <content>Providence is able to create fine Japanese Style dishes is what I mean. 
Apparently Hiro from Urasawa thinks the food is pretty good also. He's been there twice and he's the Master of Japanese Cuisine for most of us, especially in LA.</content>

      <content>i was there last week. It was one fo the best meals I've ever had. I had the tasting menu and the kanpachi/tuna tartar was exquisite.</content>
