Haven't been to Town, but to me, Red Cat is more NYC. Harrison is more refined, if that is the word, but also more bland (decor, atmosphere). Take them to Red Cat, then finish with a glass of sherry and some cheese at Tia Pol right next door. Either way, both are excellent.

I haven't been to Town, but the Harrison and Red Cat are owned by the same company. Food is very similar -- both very good with little pretense. With that in mind, I prefer the Harrison as the decor is more refined, probably more suitable for out-of-towners. I would describe Harrison as more of a "New York" restaurant. But Red Cat is charming if you're into the rustic sort of thing.
