Las Vegas - Need a casual place for late dinner near Paris
I'm in charge of planning a bachelorette party (10 attendees) in Vegas in March and I need some help. We're staying at Paris and I need an inexpensive place for dinner nearby there or O'Shea's where we plan to end up. Most of the people are on a major budget, so I need somewhere we can get entrees for $15 or under and affordable drinks since Saturday we're heading to N9ne for our "big night out." I'd say American or Mexican would be my best bets for pleasing the crowd.
I'd rather not go anywhere IN Paris as we're doing brunch there the next day. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks!

I think Mexican may be hard to find in that price range in your area; there is a couple of casual Mexican places in the Desert Passage shops (La Salsa and something else), and there is Isla in the TI, but I think Isla is somewhat pricy. Another thought that might be fun would be Margarativille at the Flamingo; located right between the Paris and O'Shea's, with a patio or two and a pretty fun vibe. The food is more upscale bar fare than Mexican, but it was pretty tasty the one time I ate there, and should be in the price range. Another option would be the Burger Bar in the shops between the Mandalay Bay and Luxor...classic american burgers, very nicely done, but I think for geographic convenience, I'd go with Margarataville.

The bar menu at Bradley Ogden at Caesar's has great sandwiches and burgers, salads. Very nice atmosphere, quiet and comfortable. Best burger you will ever have! Prices would fit in your range, a nice way to try one extra 'nice' place.
I'd second Grand Lux. Food was like TGIFridays, but somewhat better.

For a really cool spot fitting your budget (or being slightly above it, consider the Peppermill. However, it's across from the Stardust, that's a bit away from O'Shea's. But it has lots of character and it's open all night.
Another choice (in the Venetian) is Grand Lux Cafe. Huge portions of ok food, but the atmosphere is a bit bland.
There's a Deli at TI and a Stage Deli at Caesars for more American, fitting the budget, but these are hardly "eat out" places.
If you can get your gang to the Peppermill, you won't regret it.
