MN - NorthCoast Wayzata

My wife and I are thinking about hitting NorthCoast in Wayzata for their tasting menu some time in the next few weeks, and am wondering if other people have been out there and have any recs. I noticed they completely redesigned their website. Looks like they're really getting into the wine dinner and tasting menus, which my wife and I always love, as it allows us to sample many different flavors and expand our wine knowledge.

Is it a new menu, new chef or anything?

I have eaten there a couple of times, seems like they try and reinvent themselves once a year, and leave terribly disappointed. Food is less than mediocre and service is usually horrible. Great location for the summer time but lousy in the winter.

I've only been there once, so can only speak to the one dish that I had there - Minnesota Paella, made with Walleye, duck confit, wild rice... can't remember what else. sadly I don't recall what my dining companions had. General concensus, as I recall, was that the food was pretty decent.
