late night vegas

What are some good eatries in vegas late night. Looking for anything good between 10pm-12am and around 2am-4am. I know lot of the good places will be closed.

      PING, PANG PONG always satisfies my late night cravings....@ The Gold Coast Hotel or the Peppermill on Las Vegas Blvd....(A Classic!)

        THE cafe at Mandalay is 24 hours and serves good food-where else can you get sea bass at 3 am?
