Tierras Colombianos. Introduced to the place by my wife a few years ago. Her and her friends only get one thing. The #14, I think it's the "grilled chicken". It comes with black beans, plantains, and rice. Don't know what it is about the dish- but I find myself craving it every couple of months. Me and the wife live in Brooklyn- but we take the long trip just for this dish. Get it with a pitcher of sangria- it's a lot of food and really reasonable. Two people could probably share it. Don't know anything else on the menu- probably never will. Yum Yum!!!

I usually go to Colombian restos in Jackson Heights, including the Tierras Colombianas branch there, and I always get the hillbilly platter (Plato Montanero) A thin but good steak, a fried pork belly strip as long as your forearm, plantains, rice, beans, 2 fried eggs, salad and bread. So much food it comes on two huge plates.
