Local/Slow Food in San Antonio?

I'm headed to San Antonio in a few weeks and wanted to see if there are any restaurants/chefs affiliated with the Slow Food movement that are recommended. Price isn't a huge barrier; I'm more interested in fresh, local, and adventuresome food.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I've never heard of one locally (that promotes itself at least).
I'd like to also know this though, if I hear of one, I'll pass it on.
