I'm guessing that you're near the center if you're mentioning Chloe. Nick's on the rotary is an possibility. You can get a full breakfast there pretty cheap if ambience and cleanliness are not a huge issue for you - think old-school diner place with counter service. A bit of a hike down 62 past Hudson Catholic is Ariba Coffee, a relatively new spot. I don't think they do full breakfasts but I've had coffee and pastry to go that have been very good. Plus I think they have free internet access. Harvest Cafe near the center may do breakfast but they are closing sometime very soon.
