Hounding Little Saigon (Garden Grove/Westminster)?

While my French wife and I love to browse Little Saigon grocery stores for seafood and other discoveries, we're woefully ignorant of the restaurant opportunities. So far, our favorite reason for going is the Boulangerie Pierre et Patisserie, which is worth the 25-mile drive for the baguette, pasteries, and the charming French-Vietnamese family that owns and runs it. We also know of the wonderful dim-sum (carts) restaurant across the street from the Asian Garden mall, the Golden Dragon.
So aside from Lee's sandwiches, what have the hounds found in Little Saigon?
