Question regarding lunch at Babbo
I want to bring a friend of mine to Babbo for lunch who is disabled and uses a wheelchair. If we can make reservations by telephone we will inform them of that. However from what I read in a lot of the posts it seems always crowded, cramped and hectic.
Any insight would be appreciated?

Sorry to bum an old thread - but I didn't want to create a new one when I knew there would have been some CH's out there who had asked this previously.
In any case - Lunch is starting at Babbo today :) I for one am excited - anyone else?

Eater has ALOT of coverage.
My fiance and I went today and can report back that it was excellent. Music was very laid back and different to what is played during dinner service. We had:
Fava bean, mint and ricotta
Sardines and crostini
Orrechiette with stinging nettles
The lamb, tongue, sweetbread grillOverall it was excellent. there is a tasting menu which tempted us but we really wanted to try different things. The Turky porchetta tempted me but sweetbreads, lamb and tongue were all calling out to me.
Have fun!
