He went from food and wines best new chef to I can't find him -
Last I heard he was working in the restaurant at the Shedd Aquarium. My guess is that he has left the Chicago area in search of a fresh set of bridges...
Yeah - I did hear that he burned a few - its a shame because he is very talented
The last I heqard of Cizma was when he abruptly closed Elaine in Naperville a couple of years ago.
He is the new Executive Chef at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa in Northern Michigan - just north of Traverse City. He started in mid-January 2007 and we welcome him and his family with open arms.
