Semolina with Golden Raisins and Fennel Bread

My parents who visit me regularly in New York from the UK are huge fans of the Semolina with Golden Raisins and Fennel signature bread from Amy's Bread stores.

They haven't been able to find a similar bread in the UK so I was wondering whether anyone has a good recipe for this style of bread. Alternatively does anyone know whether this recipe is to be found in Amy's Bread Cookbook?
