Non-fried fish tacos
On a recent trip to Mexico, my husband and I had fantastic smoked marlin tacos--the fish was shredded and mixed with a flavorful, tomato-based sauce. But the only fish tacos I've been able to find in New York are of the battered-and-fried variety--a fine item in its own right, but I'm really craving the other kind. Does anyone know of a place that has them?
