Queen Village dinner and drinks

Having dinner tonight at the new Trattoria della Costiera (anyone remember the old place at 11th and Oregon?). Since dinner is late-ish and we're meeting early-ish, we'd like to go someplace for a drink before. Only place I can think of in the vicinity is Beau Monde. Is that a good choice? Any other suggestions?

The bar at Southwark is a neat space....a bit of a throwback. But it is small so you may have to squeeze in.
