Sorry for the photo quality; I took the photos through the window. And I can't report on the quality of the food or service, since I haven't been there since Carmine first opened.
Ate there with a party of 8. The food was good, presentation a bit sloppy. The wait staff not particularly professional but very personable. The owner clearly has not attended any professional hospitality training and was not even remotely able to deal with any customer problems. My friend's jacket was stained by the waitress and the owner's responses were completely inappropriate: "get the jacket cleaned" not , "leave the jacket and we will get it cleaned" or "this cleaner will do it for you, have them charge me" When asked what if it did not come clean..."I just don's want to talk about that"

I've been to Margot two or three times since it opened. We have had an excellent experience everytime. I can't agree with the wait staff comment since John from Carmine's left his entire staff, minus one waitress with Margot instead of taking them to Carmine's. This include the chef!
