Kebob Guy Downtown no more??

Walked by the little persian kebob store that is across the street from Sam Lagrassa's downtown, and it is now a big hole in the ground. Any ideas if he set up shop someplace else downtown?

Supposedly he was going to relocate on Chauncy street, but so far, there has been no sign of him.
