Sahara, Straosphere, Circus Circus - Best Breakfast?

Staying a couple on nights at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club on the strip across from the Sahara next week - never been on this end of the strip before - have the dinners all planned out, but looking for some good breakfast suggestions in this area.

Any suggestions?

The Peppermill is probably the best breakfast option in the area. Despite its size and convention business, the Hilton's options aren't much better than Sahara's or Riviera's. If I had to be dragged to a breakfast buffet in the area, the Hilton's is probably the best, but it's coffee shop is subpar.

I did the Circus Circus buffet once before playing a poker tournament there. Yuk.

As stated above, the Peppermill is houndworthy, and just a few blocks north of the Strat
is Florida Cafe. Excellent Cuban, and their breakfasts rock. A couple of eggs, a couple of croquetas, some fried plaintains and café con leche and you will be loving life.

I stay at Sahara sometimes when slumming it with the boys. The coffee shop is ok if you're staying there, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get there. The buffet is awful.

I haven't been there, but folks on the board often mention the Peppermill for breakfast, and I think that is in the same area of the strip.
