Acquired taste - the doughy knedliky version
The most memorable food name I left Prague with vaguely sounds like tummy pain.
5 stages of acquired taste, the rapid version.
>Introduction to knedliky - Novelty is always welcome, but a half plateful of bland soggy doughy bread? I expected dumplings!

Strangely enough, I do miss it.
