Don't know how far they travel, but call Outlook Farm in Westhampton, MA. 413-529-9388. I believe that they close for January, but perhaps you can leave a message or call next month. They do a terrific job and can provide you with side dishes as well.

They're in Pepperell, MA, I've had catered food from this guy and he's not bad.

Friends used to have a pig roast every year (other friends still do.) The first couple used to ask their guests to bring something to share, but the second couple (because this is a business party) provided everything. Two ways to go. Both parties were large so they always had the whole pig.

good way to do it (with everyone bringing something) - it's an event that's quite a bit away so I'm checking out my options. Pig roast is one of them.

Redbones would probably travel that far.

mmmmm, i love Redbones - I wasn't thinking they travel that far but now that I think of it, I think they catered several events in Burltington. Sitting at that little 5 seat bar (restaurant side) is the best seat in the house - watching them do their stuff.
