Cold Sesame Noodles in East Bay?
This is a dish that is so easy to find on NYC chinese restaurant menus, but I have yet to find it in the East Bay. Any suggestions, particularly east of the Caldecott, to satisfy this craving, would be appreciated. Thanks.
