Do yourself a favor, and stay out of the neighborhood. Unless you like the same kind of food prepared from a "Pizza Hut" chain like type, then go. As Chow gal said, it is a tourist trap, and the red sauce tastes like tomato juice.
do a search for "Little Italy" and you will see this area is very poorly regarded as a tourist trap full of red sauce slopshops
