Best Chow Fun in Financial District

Anyone have any suggestions for the best chow fun in the financial district?

Sorry, I cannot remember the name, but there is popular two-story place on the east side of Second Street between Market & Mission. I haven't been there in ages, but their chow fun was pretty darn good as I recall.

B&M Mei Sing. Right next door to it is Ming's, which also has good chow fun.

Akiko's Sushi Bar- a bit away from the FD- but really good sushi
Jeanty At Jacks
Bocadillos- I have not been yet, keep trying to get there
Cafe Madeleine- get the pot pies to go
Bistro Burger - Sansome Street
The House- close enough to Financial District

I'd just take a quick bus to Chinatown...
