This week's Figaroscope (a weekly special of the daily paper Le Figaro) has a special folder about the best pizzas in the city. Obviously, it's in French, but you can still see the ratings, addresses, etc.

We went to La Mafiosa several times in 2001 and 2003 and liked it a lot, I think they had a pizza with an egg in the middle but I'm not sure. Very friendly people. There was also one with red sauce, no cheese and lots of seafood which was good. The complementary kir upon sitting down put everyone in a good mood.

La Comedia, immediately across the street from the Censier Daubenton metro stop on Rue Monge.
They have a wood fired oven, huge sacks of flour and crates of eggs sitting around that are used to make the pizza dough, egg in the middle of the pizza.
I have a picture of a pizza from a recent visit but don't think you can post pictures on this board. Will email it to you if you like.
