Restaurant in Hotel de l'Institut

Okay, I don't get out that way much, but walking past the Institut de l'Hotellerie (St-Denis/Sherbrooke), I noticed that it's been completely redone, with a resto looking out onto St-Denis.
A few diners, nothing much, but I guess it's not bad for a Tuesday night.
I was wondering if anyone has eaten there, and if it's worth a visit. Is the food prepared by the culinary students, à la CIA?
I went there a while ago with my husband. Since it was a week-end, there weren't any students. The food was good, classic, well executed. The restaurant itself is pleasant. It is a good restaurant but it is not exceptional.
I went there about a year ago and it was decent, reasonably priced, but the service was incredibly amateurish. When listing the specials, the server asked if we knew what ratatouille was. Haven't had the urge to go back, but wouldn't discourage you from trying it if you're curious.
