Cooking courses Bergen

Hi, I am looking for a non-professional one day weekend cooking seminar in the Bergen county area. Does anyone have any suggestions? Looking for the basics, or themes such as Italian cooking.

Viking appliances just opened a showroom and cooking school in Fairfield. I know that it is not Bergen county, but it might be worth the trip. I took a pizza making course there. It was great. They have several Italian themed courses as well as many others. Other people that I have talked to there have said that it is way better than adventures in cooking. You might want to check it out!

Might want to try the local Williams-Sonoma.
Also Adventures in Cooking; I believe they are in Wayne- not sure what county that is.
