Flatbread Pizza in Boise - anyone been?

I had occasion to be there last week and ate there twice. The food was fantastic! If you go, I recommend the chicken apple walnut salad, the fiery chicken, marinara, or pepperoni pizza and the pistachio gelato.

Their chef ran the kitchen at The Basque Market for years - really good stuff!

Thanks for the recommendation. It is one of the few pizza places in Boise I haven't tried. I have a recommendation for you as well. Lulu's on Bogus Basin Road has excellent thin crust pizza. The owner is from NY and makes a really good pie.

The salads are also good...and he offers a nice selection of beer and wine.

I'm looking forward to trying Flatbread. But don't miss Tony's on Capitol (around the corner from the Egyptian). In my opinion it's the best pizza in Boise. Tony's pizza is also of the thin crust variety, very flavorful, inventive toppings, great salads and wine list. The service is also outstanding. Molto bene!
