Seafood shack in or near West Palm Beach?

I'm heading down to West Palm Beach in February, and would love to find a low key seafood shack - the kind of place where you can get simply prepared seafood (fried stuff, sandwiches, snow crab legs, that sort of thing), maybe even connected to a seafood market, something like that.

If anyone knows Ocean's in New Smyrna Beach, that is exactly the sort of place I'm looking for.

correction: we will actually be in Palm Beach, not West Palm Beach (I don't know if that makes any real difference or not).
