        <content>Just had to post this recipe from Scott Beattie at Cyrus Restaurant in Healdsburg, CA. I made it for our holiday party and everyone was just blown away. It's much easier than it sounds - you can infuse the juice whenever, then just keep in the fridge. It's easy to make big batches of this, too.
