Where to find Panko in Lansing, MI area?

Anyone in the Lansing area know of a place to find Panko? I've been looking at a few stores in the area, but can't seem to find any...

I bought them at the Meijers on south Cedar St. near I-96. I don't remember if they were in the breadcrumb aisle or the international aisle, check both.

You can also almost certainly get them at the huge Asian megamarket on Grand River in East Lansing. If you have never been there, definitely go. They have an entire aisle dedicated to each major Asian region (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian etc.)

I don't remember which section they were in. I'd ask the friendly greeter at the door where they are (though sometimes I get strange reactions when I ask for something exotic. "Snails? You mean to eat?" LOL

I've purchased at Meijers I believe as well in the past--look in the international aisle with the japanese products.

If you come to Ann Arbor on occasion, Whole Foods has it.

Is there a Hiller's in Lansing? They carry panko in their international section. I know there are several in Michigan. Busch's also carries it, but their selection seems to vary a lot from store to store.

Most major supermarkets carry panko here, but if that's not the case where you are, check in Chinatown, if Lansing has one. Failing that, call a Japanese restaurant and ask where are getting theirs from.
