Needed- Upscale Palm Springs

Hello all,

The entertainment company I work for is having a staff retreat in Palm Springs in a couple of weeks and we need dinner options. Our boss wants something upscale/trendy/swank....I'm guessing L.A.-ish, like Cut or another "scene" restaurant. Are there any comparable restaurants in Palm Springs? Thank you so much for any help you can give me!!!

Citron or Mr. Parker's fit the bill - food is variable at each, but those are the best scene restaurants in the desert.

I strongly suggest you visit Mr. Parkers for drinks NOT dinner. The "scene" is clustered around the inside firepit just past the lobby and can be quite hedonistic and fun. Have dinner somewhere else (Mr. Parkers is sure to disappoint a foodie) and enjoy after dinner drinks/coffee with the trendy-somethings.

Upscale? Try Johannes or le Vallauris.
          Johannes is more modern.
