Rendezvous Cafe:
There is a brand new cafe called Rendezvous Cafe, which opened this weekend on Wilson Blvd, near the Virginia Square metro station. It's on Wilson, adjacent to the Arlington Arts Center. They serve many types of crepes and I tried the banana and chocolate one, which came topped with whipped cream.

Snap Crepes: I'd pass on Snap Crepes, located in Georgetown since I've never had great experience there.

Le Chat Noir: I've heard they have excellent crepes and I've been meaning to try them after reading the review in the Washington Post: http://www.washingtonpost.com/ac2/wp-dyn?node=cityguide/profile&id=1114146&categories=Restaurants.

Also I think Cafe Bonaparte and Cafe Normandie serve crepes.

I like the buckwheat crepes at Le Chat Noir. Last time I had them with a spinach, ham and creme fraiche filling, with ratatouille on the side -- delicious.

In Baltimore, there is a place called Sophie's right next to the Charles Theatre. They have savory and sweet crepes. The place is tiny and although you can sit at the eating bar there, you can also take your crepes next door to the theatre and eat them there. My favorite so far is the mozzarella, tomato, and basil (loads of basil). The crepes there are fantastic!!

I like the different crapes at Les Enfants in Adam Morgan. The staff is really friendly and they have both sweet and savory crepes. They also have an excellent selection of Belgian beers and french wines.

I haven't been yet but the crepe menu at Napoleon, also in Adams Morgan, looks good but I've been hearing mixed reviews...especially of the service.
