For lemonade, the question is also "What's the weather like?" and what else will people be drinking.
I have a meyer lemon bush and I make large amounts of lemonade for parties. What I've found simplest is to mix up the lemon and sugar in advance to make the syrup, let that mellow, and then use that and water to refill the punch bowl, adding ice as needed. Or making several pitchers the day of the party.

Your local restaurant food services store will probably have some sheets with quanties for crowds on it -- sort of shopping guides for the party planning crowd. Cooking for that many, you might want to check out restaurant supply place for serving/warming stuff -- I go to them when I do family parties.
