Baltimore City commercial baking/catering

I was wondering if anyone in the Baltimore area has experience either getting a catering license or making food to sell in a third party commercial kitchen.

    Your local Health Department is your best resource and they can guide you in the right direction so you can serve safe food to guests. Consider them your advocate not your enemy.
