I was married there this past August. Beautiful setting. I picked SB largely for the food, which is typically catered by them, with some exceptions, which you'd have to work out with them. Wedding cakes would be brought in by another supplier.
To be honest, I couldn't taste the food at all (highly unusual for me, but I was the bride!) but I was told by virtually everyone, that the meal was fantastic, and quite flavourful. It was beautifully presented. It was a daytime wedding, so we did a lunch buffet, and there were a number of vegetarian choices, which was good given my friends' dietary preferences, but nothing that the more traditional folks would find unusual. There are a number of meal configurations as well, which are posted on their website (Googling Wedding Sunnybrook should take you there quickly). They do adjust the meals seasonally, and also have menus that would also be suitable for corporate events.
Their staff were very professional, accommodating, and organized.

Been there for a work function and found the food delicious.
The highlight was an enormous whole salmon that had been baked/steamed in clay. I had never seen that before and when they cracked the clay casing with a small hammer and broke away the pieces to reveal the fish, still steaming, I was very impressed.

A good friend just had a wedding there in August, around 80 ppl I think. I don't remember which house, but it was a smaller one on one the back lots:
1. It was late morning wedding ceremony outside, with (buffet) lunch to follow. Wedding ceremony and meal were both on-site. Beautiful, classy setting;
2. The food & service was excellent: I **think** she may have had the food & desserts catered in from her own chosen caterers (it was a scrumptious antipasto & mediterranean buffet spread, the actual food spread was inside the house and guests filled their plates then went back outside) - I'll try to check on that and post back if possible.
From my experience as a guest, I'd recommend the Sunnybrook Estates for a special event. Good luck with the planning.

re: FlavoursGal
That's not suprising. It was not a kosher wedding, so they must have used the Estates caterers. The food was excellent. Delicious grilled vegetable platters, fish, pasta, ribs, you name it. No rubber chicken was anywhere to be had! They also did not do a traditional wedding cake and had the caterer do a multi-level tiered plate stand with individual French mousse cakes of different flavours. Lovely!
