Atlanta Restaurant for newlyweds

I am looking for an Atlanta restaurant to get a gift certificate from to give as a wedding present to a 30 something couple. (I've never been to Atlanta.) They live in zipcode 30363 now, although they are moving. I'm looking for a restaurant where dinner for 2 costs about $100 without drinks and wine. Open to most kinds of food, but not a seafood restaurant. Maybe something romantic.

So they live on the Westside?? Bacchanalia would be the absolute BEST! It is consistently rated as one of Atlanta's best restaurants and is right around the corner from their home.
