Suggestions for good first date spot in East 70s/80s

Le Refuge, 82nd bet. Lex and 3rd. Very pleasant French bistro, it's a neighborhood place, the room is very pleasant and not noisy at all. The food is quite good. I may be bias because my first date with my husband was there. They have their menu at menupages.com if you want to check

Also, Triangolo on 83rd and 2nd, cute room, very good Italian food. Alson on menupages.com

Met a girl on a Wednesday...took her to Le Refuge on Friday...we got married on a Sunday (though, not that Sunday)

Toot dated there...and got married. I dated there...and got married. They say the third time's a charm. I might be biased too, but I also highly recommend it.

      Etc.

Fig and Olive is really nice, but it is at 62nd St.
