caring for a bamboo cutting board

How do you care for your unstained babmboo cutting boards? Mine has a "raw" feel and no stain. Do I still need to use mineral oil on it?

TIA!

I second that. I have had two for ~2-3 years and they still look great. I use mineral oil every 2-3 months and dry them by hand immediately after washing with soap/hot water. Never let them stay wet or rest in water.

yes, you should still oil a bamboo board. it will have the same benefits that it does for wood. mine is newer and also has the raw feel, which i think only time and constant use will change.
