I would like to experiment cooking some dishes with using defatted peanut powder but can't find it anywhere to purchase. Does anyone know where I can buy it on line? TIA
Try local Trader Joe's stores.
I'm not sure if this is the same thing you're looking for, but chinese markets carry peanut powder. It's used in a few traditional dishes so they always carry it.
Jen, thanks so much. I recently discovered Bell Plantation too via the Hungry Girl site. I placed my order for thier peanut powder & am waiting for it. Do you know any good recipes for it?
