        <content>A friend brought back a plastic baggy from Iran filled with a spice mix that smells a bit like curry and a bit like cumin.  I'm not sure what it is, but the handwritten label calls it a 3 spice mix.  Does anyone know what the spices are and how I can use them?  I'd be grateful for any recipes or ideas.</content>
