Tiger Lily in Los Feliz - anyone been lately?

I haven't been since right after they opened, and liked it all right. Anyone been lately?

I'm sorry to hear about the emptiness of the place, because I was rooting for owner Sumant Pardal to succeed. Sumant used to own Tufaan in Sherman Oaks, which was the best Indian restaurant tin the city - even south-of-Mulholland friends were happy to come over the hill to join me there. After he sold it, it took a nosedive. Can anyone else offer a recent evaluation of Tiger Lily?

i was there a couple of months ago. it was pretty empty. my take was that it was so-so food that was overpriced for the portion sizes and quality. i liked the cocktails though. not sure i'd ever volunteer to go back. (and, honestly, for the record, i didn't volunteer to go there, but went along with a group's idea.)

Judging by how empty it is *every* time I walk by, I'd say *nobody* goes there.
