osso bucco w/o veal or lamb

I'm not a picky eater but my s/o is. Are their any good recommendations for recipes with less gamy meat like beef or pork? Thanks for your help!

    Turkey Leg is a popular compromise, and looks impressive with a big old leg bone sticking out of rissoto.

      I made the turkey leg Osso Buco and it was delicious. Not to mention so much cheaper...

          Pork shank makes a spectacular osso buco - more flavorful than veal with similar texture when braised. Niman Ranch sells excellent precut pork osso buco, which my family calls osso porko.
