Lunch in South Seattle.. need recs

Planning lunch on Sunday in South Seattle or more towards Kent. Party of 10, not Chowhounds so Chains are welcome. $15 or less per person. Would like a sit down restaurant with great service (at least). Asian, Mexican or Italian preferred. Brunch options also welcome.

The new Zephyr Grill, from the owners of the Icon Grill, in Kent Station might be a good bet--it's "American" food. Also the Imperial Garden Seafood restaurant at the Great Wall Mall near IKEA has great dim sum.

thanks for the recs. we decided to go to Mizu japanese steak house in Tukwila. The sound of Kent seemed too far for those north of Seattle. I know, the Great Wall Mall is around the corner and an extra 5 minute drive. At least we'll get some sort of entertainment with the Teppenyaki chef.

Mizu is great! We had a birthday dinner there and it was excellent. Very entertaining too!

My friends and I had a great time. Our chef seemed a bit ticked off because we had to wait over 1/2 hour for a couple of guests. But that probably made it more entertaining!
