afternoon all
Wifes birthday-and was planning to go to Anise-but just called and they are closed until the 6th-
Any other suggestions-we have done Chasse et peche, Bu, Lucca and the regular St/Laurent strip.
Any tips for a nice night out? late 30's couple-my wife is not into rich french cuisine but just about all others are good-
Afew I am thinking of
Joe Beef
Holder
Brunoise

Thanks and cheers
MT

Brunoise was the first place that sprang to my mind. Joe Beef is a fine venue, though the cooking can be heavy on the fat, especially diary fat. Other ideas:

    Ferreira
    Les Chèvres
    Brontë
Europea (not been but reports are positive)
    La Chronique
    Jun-i

If your wife doesn't like rich food, then I agree that you should stay away from Joe Beef. What about Pintxo?
