Hey -

I just kind of stumbled onto this sight and HAD to register just so I could reply.
I TOTALLY know what you're talking about. If you're ever in NYC...go to Flushing, Queens. Go east on Northern Blvd and when you hit 164th Street...on your right, you should see a small restaurant with a cartoon picture of a chicken painted on the window...it's at a stoplight...at a "T" intersection. THAT is the place that will take you back to Korea, my friend. All they have is Dak Kalbi. Shredded cabbage, rice cakes, sweet potatoes galore. You can add ramen noodles, rice and other stuff, too. I almost burnt my head on one of those round skillets...soju and hot griddle...not a good idea. This is the kind of place that brings out the steamed egg in the sizzling pot (gyeoran jeem). MMMMMMMMMM!!!
Okay, now that I'm fiending for Korean food...gotta go and get my kimchi on.
Hope this helps!</content>
