Nassau, Bahamas Reccomendations

Hi - I will be going to Nassau for a couple of days at the end of January. Any restaurant reccomendations? I am staying on Cable Beach, and love seafood, but anything local or "hole in the wall" is great too. I would prefer the price to be under $20 a plate, but can splurge if the food absolutely warrants it. Thanks in advance.

  1. Arawak Key also known as "Fish Fry" is the absolute best. There are a bunch of little places- seafood heaven is the best- It is great seafodd of course but they have everything there- all the local faves.- some reccomendations are conch salad, cracked conch, conch fritters and steamed or grilled conch. Fried chicken, grupoer fingers. Sides- Pease n rice, coleslaw, mac and cheese, potato salad or french fries. You will be in heaven!!!!!
