They don't raise it but they bring it to the market on behalf of a neighbor. The usually have chops and sausage. I assume they could arrange to provide other cuts. Unfortunately, I don't think they're planning to attend the Winter market regularly. They are planning to come occasionally so I'd suggest that you call them to find out when they're coming next and whether they'll have any venison. I've never looked for it but they probably sell it at the West Side Market, or will special order it for you. They sell practically every kind of meat there you could want.
