Butter in Los Angeles
Many years ago there was a business on South Fairfax which made butter in varying grades. When I was old enough to drive, and was dispatched to the Farmers Market to buy meat, one of the jobs was to stop at the Buttery to buy fresh butter, and real buttermilk.
Is there anyplace in Los Angeles County that actually makes its own butter?
