A lot of places in Koreatown were open when I drove by today. We ate lunch at Pho 4000, 414 Western near 3rd. Not the best pho in the world, but only $5.

Probably the same ones that were open on Christmas day unless they're normally closed on a Monday.

Most chinese restaurants in SGV will be open.

And, of course, most if not all fast food chains (McD, Carl's, etc.) will be open.
