I am looking for a glass or stoneware type pan to roast sauerkraut in. Does anyone have any recommendations?
If you are talking about for oven use, Pyrex or Corning Ware are equally as good but remember to reduce oven temps to 325 degrees and watch for evaporation.
Now choosing the size if not getting a set is a different thing. You will need a broad, perhaps a cake size if adding something like long or rope sausage to the kraut. Casserole type/size for baking just the kraut is otherwise fine.
